Step into the Reset Room...
The Problem
Modern teams are cognitively overloaded — back-to-back meetings, decision fatigue and digital noise. Your teams aren't underperforming because they lack skill or motivation. They're depleted.
The TUC has reported a work related stress CRISIS - with 22 million working days lost due to stress in 2024-25 alone, stress accounts for 55% of all work-related illness.
Employees are showing signs of BURNOUT - such as EXHAUSTION and DISENGAGEMENT which has risen over the last two years, costing businesses £51 billion per year.
Our valued team members report feeling stressed at least ONCE PER MONTH, with 39% saying it directly affects their work performance.
This increases the risk of burnout. They admit their productivity is impacted by high levels of stress, but they don’t adjust, they stay at their desks, suffer in silence and productivity DROPS.
"It was the best of times it was the worst of times..."

Burnout is an organisational RISK that erodes motivation, confidence and decision- making, often without early warning signs.
A 2024 CIPD study found that 78% of senior leaders reported PRESENTEEISM in their organisation and 70% observed LEAVISM - staff using annual leave to work or recover from burnout.
BURNED OUT employees are 63% more likely to take a sick day and more likely to seek a new job, driving up your recruitment costs ☹️

When teams get stuck,
thinking harder doesn't help.
Creating does.
Why Creativity Works

A Drexel University study found that 75% of participants stress hormones decreased after just 45 mins of art making, regardless of their artistic experience.
A review of 37 studies found that CREATIVE ARTS INTERVENTIONS led to significant stress reduction of 81%
Processed in the same brain region, creative activity supports PROBLEM SOLVING and PERFORMANCE.
The calming hormones are directly stimulated by creative engagement, lifting the afternoon slump caused by excess cortisol.
In creative activity the brain experiences FLOW STATE; the brain releases dopamine, seratonin and norepinephrin, the same conditions needed for
HIGH PERFORMANCE and DEEP WORK

The Science Bit
This is an artful activity, inside work— designed to help people pause, de-stress,
and regain clarity.
This isn’t just an art class.
This isn't team bonding.
It isn't therapy.
It's a science-backed productivity intervention for high-performing teams
who can't afford to slow down — but are already paying the cost of not doing so.
The Creative Reset is grounded in four converging areas of cognitive research:
-
Attention Restoration Theory (Kaplan & Kaplan, 1989)
-
Flow State research (Csíkszentmihályi, 1975)
-
Decision Fatigue studies (Baumeister et al., 1998)
-
Manual Cognition Neuroscience
Together, this research demonstrates that structured creative activities restore depleted cognitive resources and enhance executive function performance.

"Creativity is intelligence having fun"
Albert Einstein
At the turn of the millennium, I was an actress treading the boards of theatres nationally, and doing a bit of TV.
I spent the following decade in global tech. I ran the Sales Training Program for Apple EMEIA before being headhunted to Google EUROPE, to do the same for them.
SInce then, I have built a career as a Presentation Coach and Soft Skills Trainer, helping people find their voice with Speaker Studio and now my mission is to bring creativity to the office, with The Reset Room.
My journey has shown me how powerful creativity is for business and high performance.
I can help your teams harness creativity, not just for wellbeing, but for innovation, productivity and success.

"I saw firsthand how creative breaks improved team output at Google."
My Story
The Creative Reset is led by a former Senior Executive at Apple and Google, and a professional actor — a rare blend of corporate credibility and creative expertise.
MY 5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS
Dunya Rombouts
Neve is just beyond amazing!!
I was part of a business incubator and I was very uncomfortable speaking in public, not a good thing if you have to pitch for funding. Neve completely changed that, the results; winning multiple pitch competitions! And closing our funding round soon!
Her knowledge and experience are out of this world I would recommend her to anyone!
Ellie Mousley
Neve was one of the best trainers I've experienced, she was personable, knowledgeable, funny and a great teacher.
She brought me out of my comfort zone and this has been the most valuable course I've done this year (and I've done 12!)
Artur Lucyk
This review is long overdue but when reflecting on the last year I reminded myself of the remarkable impact Neve and her coaching have made on me and my ability to talk about my startup. The experience was something truly incredible, the growth process for me and my ability to pitch was pure joy and the outcome was way beyond what I expected. Neve's skills, dedication and passion for teaching you how to present, speak and infect people with your ideas are extraordinary and her coaching method works unbelievably well! Brilliant coach, brilliant course and fantastic value for my professional development as well as my startup.
Hannah Szerszen
Neve is extraordinary. She lectures with passion that is too fierce to ignore. Her course on presentation and influencing through speaking was uniquely useful and I would recommend her to anyone who is seriously thinking about taking on any role that involves public speaking. Highly recommended!
